At Twisted Beast Poppers, we prioritize your satisfaction and safety; however, due to the sensitive nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any product with a broken seal is strictly non-returnable.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with the tamper-evident seal completely intact to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent leakage or damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our processing center using a tracked shipping method; once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs.
